Sarah Rogowsky is a visionary retail and ecommerce executive with considerable experience at global, top-tier brands. From her first days at Gap, she's been on the forefront of the shift to customer and experience centricity. Sarah helped Apple launch its first retail stores, and brought Williams-Sonoma, Starbucks, and now lululemon to the top of the industry. Her expertise in product management, strategy, and user experience has shaped some of the world's favorite products - from the Genius Bar and mobile checkout at Apple, to multi-channel ordering at Starbucks, Sarah has launched experiences that fundamentally changed the game.

Sarah is currently the Vice President of Digital Strategy and User Experience at lululemon. She is responsible for delivering a consistent, connected, and fun customer experience no matter which channel you shop. She leads UX Design, Insights, and Innovation teams globally supporting lululemon’s web, app, in-store digital, and guest educator center (call center) experiences. She is passionate about leadership development and allyship, and, shows her commitment with her work on the Global Digital Omni Guest Support IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and action) Council, Women in Digital, and Women Of Color programs at lululemon.
