Sarah Crockett

Sarah Crockett is the SVP, Chief Marketing Office at Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), the retail segment of DBI, where she is leading the shoe authority brand’s evolution and growth strategies through their Step Ahead Plan.
Prior to joining DSW, Sarah has held the Chief Marketing position for Dickies, where she oversaw marketing efforts for the 100-year Global workwear icon. Additional Chief seats that Sarah has held include the Chief Marketing Officer for Backcountry.com, Burton Snowboards, and Nature’s Sunshine.
In the early days of her marketing career, Sarah worked at Lucky Brand Jeans, serving as the Director of Marketing for the American denim retailer. Following Lucky Brand, she went on to work at Von Dutch, where she worked as the Director of Marketing & PR;Vans, where she oversaw all brand, media, retail, regional marketing and public relations efforts from the role of Director of Consumer Marketing to Vice President of Global Consumer Marketing.
In addition to her CMO positions, Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for Stance and Rumpl, helping to guide these category leaders through growth, brand development, channel, category and market expansion.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Los Angeles and currently lives in Park City Utah with her family, where she spends her free time adventuring outdoors and enjoying snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, paddling, and backpacking.
