Sabrina co-leads the management consulting practice in North America and is responsible for leading large scale digital business transformations. Her expertise lies in identifying and unlocking shareholder value through the fusion of three lenses: business strategy, consumer experience/design and technology/data. Sabrina has deep expertise in e-commerce (b2b2c, d2c, b2b), next gen consumer engagement & loyalty, new digital first business models, core business reinvention including digital experience building, and digital org & operating model. Sabrina has partnered with some of the largest global retailers and consumer products companies to help them go beyond just incorporating new technologies and launching new digital products and experiences to also driving cultural shift, organizational change, and a reevaluation of business models. She works to help companies build digital capabilities to create more agile, responsive, and customer-centric organizations.
