Rick Watson founded RMW Commerce Consulting after more than 20 years in eCommerce as a technology entrepreneur with ChannelAdvisor, BarnesandNoble.com, Merchantry, and Pitney Bowes. His work today is centered on helping incubate and grow direct-to-consumer businesses. With private equity and management teams, Rick performs technology and digital marketing due diligence on acquisition candidates, and creates ecommerce growth plans for post-acquisition strategies. Rick is one of RETHINK Retail's Top Retail Influencers of 2023; the Marketplace 50's Top 50 Marketplace Thought Leaders; and he is an Executive Advisory Board member of the MACH Alliance, an Industry Trade Association dedicated to improving digital experiences.
