Patrick is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at EQL – the launch platform that powers the world’s most popular product launches, delivers fairness to fans, and gives brands more control and flexibility over the experience. Under his product and technology leadership, EQL’s proprietary AI engine, bot detection models and indestructible infrastructure have allowed hundreds of retailers to safely sell through inventory while driving superior UX and brand loyalty.

Prior to founding EQL, Patrick was a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google for over a decade. He’s also a Technical Advisor for the nonprofit Refugees, Survivors and Ex-detainees (RISE) and a mentor with Startupboothcamp where he shares his experiences and expertise with other startup founders. He holds degrees in Software Engineering, Physics and Chinese from the University of Melbourne.
