Leading with Brilliant Earth’s mission of transparency, sustainability, compassion and inclusivity across the fine jewelry industry, Pam is elevating the Brilliant Earth brand and ensuring resonance with the modern consumer.
As a vital member of the Brilliant Earth executive team, Pam works closely with CEO and Co-Founder Beth Gerstein. Her role involves spearheading the brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints, seamlessly integrating commercial, digital, and physical experiences. Leveraging decades of experience, Pam brings a wealth of insights, gained from both corporate and general management roles, across diverse consumer companies, ranging from startups to globally renowned brands. Her marketing leadership focuses on customer-centricity, putting authentic connection and interaction with every consumer at the heart of the brand, and working to drive awareness and deepen relationships.
Previously, Pam served as the President and COO at apparel startup Outdoor Voices, led the Global Women’s Business at Under Armour, and held pivotal roles at Nike, including VP and General Manager of Nike’s North American Women’s business and a significant tenure as the VP of Nike’s Investor Relations. Throughout her career, Pam has consistently applied a refined consumer focus, and has demonstrated a talent for creating and executing multi-dimensional brand building strategies and retail marketplaces that build and enhance both business objectives and brand equity.
