With more than 25 years experience in the global marketing, sales & service ecosystem Nikki is passionate about the Platform Economy and leveraging both Purpose & Innovation to design & deliver NEW connected customer experiences for clients. 

As the Software & Platforms Industry Lead for Accenture Interactive, the largest Digital Advertising Agency in the world, she is responsible for driving the B2B and B2C growth & experience agenda for some of the most dynamic tech disruptors in the world leading our digital economy. Working with some of Accenture’s largest ecosystem partners including Microsoft, Salesforce, Google & Amazon she is helping to drive the next ‘Engines of Growth’ by helping clients develop NEW playbooks across Enterprise & SMB demand generation and accelerate their innovation cycle across Virtual Experiences & improved stakeholder capitalism.   

Prior to this she was Global President of Accenture Interactive Operations, leading a worldwide team of over 16,000 focused on helping flagship clients activate, operate and scale marketing programs as a managed service, to deliver increased performance and growth. The team designs bespoke marketing operating models & content activation engines for clients leveraging predictive analytics, AI and machine learning to drive improved ROI.

Before joining Accenture, she served as the EMEA president of OMD Worldwide where she had strategic, operational and financial responsibility for more than 6,500 marketing professionals. She directed the investment of c$19b across 65 countries and led teams that served global companies such as McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Apple and Disney. Under her leadership OMD enjoyed 10 years of record revenue & margin growth and was the most-awarded agency network several years running by Adweek, Ad Age, Cannes Lions & Campaign.

In her early career, Nikki ran the Strategic Marketing Division at Capital Radio Plc & managed the $150m+ media divisions of Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's and Grand Met at Leo Burnett UK. Her first role after graduation was trading TV airtime for Kraft and Wrigley’s while at CIA MediaNetwork UK.

Nikki was recently nominated as one of the Top 100 Global Digital Leaders in Drum’s 2019 Digerati Report as recognition of creating a new ‘data driven, content powered, tech enabled’ marketing operations practice at Accenture.
