Ring Concierge, founded by Nicole Wegman in 2013, is a leading bespoke bridal and fine jewelry brand. As a digitally native, DTC brand, Nicole founded Ring Concierge to redefine how the modern consumer shops for engagement rings and fine jewelry.

Wegman started Ring Concierge after personally going through the engagement ring shopping process and couldn’t find a brand she connected with - either too expensive or too impersonal, Wegman realized there was a huge void in the diamond industry for a company focused on millennial women.

Nicole has since successfully disrupted the historically male-dominated and family run industry with no connections and only $2,000 of personal investment. Ring Concierge has been profitable since its first year and has seen between 70%-100% growth each year while still remaining privately owned with no outside investment.

Prior to Ring Concierge, Wegman worked at Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s in product development and retail buying. She earned her B.S. from Cornell University in Fiber Science and Apparel Design and she is also an Accredited Jewelry Professional from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Wegman resides in New York City with her husband.
