Lockie Andrews is a C-suite executive and public and private board member with a reputation for profitable and innovative growth. She is currently CEO and Founder of RICH Hair Care Americas, a clean beauty brand with award-winning products and celebrity endorsers. An innovator at her core, she has helped a wide range of brands (UNTUCKit, Nike, Anine Bing) with growth, marketing and technological initiatives.

Lockie is also a board member of Regis Corporation (RGS:NYSE) where she sits on the Audit, Technology/Marketing, and Nominations and Governance committees. An avid fan of the arts, she is also a board member of the National Academy of Design ($100M endowment) which is the oldest professional arts institution in the United States.

A former operating partner to $500M-$30B PE/VC firms, Ms. Andrews has successfully scaled, transformed, and delivered enterprise/EBITDA improvement in the consumer, fashion, retail, and B2B verticals. Working alongside private equity firms and family offices, she augments management teams and brings strategic and operating discipline to portfolio companies.
