Liza Lefkowski is Wayfair’s Chief Merchant and Vice President of Physical stores, overseeing all curated programs and experiences for the Wayfair brand, as well as General Management of the Specialty Brands (AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane), and end-to-end strategy and operation for the company’s growing fleet of Physical Retail stores. Over her tenure she has also led the Global Promotions program, Brand Development and the Creative teams.

Before joining Wayfair, Liza was a Principal in the Retail and Private Equity practices at Bain & Company. She holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a Sc.B. in Computer Science from Brown University.
