Liz Mayer is a Partner at The Partnering Group (TPG), a retail and CPG growth consultancy. Liz leads efforts in retail digital media and omnichannel commercialization, specifically enabling clients to unlock growth and efficiency by evolving their investments, strategies, and organizations. Liz is a core member of TPG’s Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Development practices.

Since joining TPG in 2021, Liz has worked across CPG, hardgoods, non-profit, home & business services, food service and retail industries, delivering transformational omnichannel approaches. Her recent work includes developing and implementing retail digital media strategies that have increased ROI over 30% for a leading CPG. During this engagement she helped deliver retail media performance playbooks, organizational productivity strategies and training that helped the client mobilize to the pace of change.

Liz has worked extensively on marketing, sales, and organizational development projects, with a focus on delivering growth via unified, omnichannel customer strategies. Liz has been recognized for commerce marketing leadership and innovation.

Prior to joining TPG, Liz spent nearly two decades working within agency, retail, and CPG verticals, most notably with companies such as Geometry Global, KeyBank & The J.M. Smucker Company.
