As General Manager, Lauren oversees supply and operations at Back Market, building trust in refurbished products among U.S. consumers. Previously to her time at Back Market, Lauren spent over 4 years at Amazon where she focused on business development and fostering strategic partnerships for Audible. In 2016 she became the Senior Director of Audible for Business. She later spent time as a Sales Director at Heap, a software development company.
