Kelsey Robinson is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s San Francisco office. She serves consumer-facing clients – including retailers, digital marketplaces, and consumer technology players. She leads McKinsey’s Growth Marketing practice in North America. Her work spans customer strategy, personalization, customer acquisition, full funnel marketing, customer analytics, ecommerce and omni-channel, digital marketing, and more.
Prior to her 12 years with McKinsey Kelsey worked at Digitas, focused on digital advertising and ecommerce analytics. Kelsey has also led numerous Diversity & Inclusion efforts at McKinsey including McKinsey's partnership with LeanIn.org on Women in the Workplace and McKinsey’s West Coast Gender Initiative.
Kelsey earned her B.S. in Management Science from M.I.T. and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She lives in Mill Valley, California with her husband, son, daughter and dog.
