Kat Cole, the newly appointed CEO of AG1, is responsible for leading AG1’s next phase of growth, global expansion, innovation, and new channels. Prior to joining AG1, Cole spent more than a decade at Focus Brands as President and COO, where she oversaw the company’s nine businesses generating billions in sales. Cole started her career at Hooters where she rose from a waitress to a VP at the age of 26. Kat has been a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, member of the United Nations Global Entrepreneurs Council, and on Fortune’s annual 40 Under 40 list.
