As Chief Commerce Strategy Officer at Interpublic Group, Jeriad Zoghby leads the comprehensive approach to commerce across the agency portfolio, including strategic investments, partnership development, and asset strategies. In addition, as the global head of IPG Commerce, he serves as a trusted advisor to clients helping them architect solutions from the full breadth of IPG’s capabilities, enabling them to grow profitable market share in an increasingly complex and evolving commerce landscape.

To better align with client goals and navigate IPG's world-class network, Jeriad launched the Total Commerce system of solutions. This framework helps brands navigate today's complex market dynamics and comprises four elements:

Jeriad holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research, owns multiple patents, and co-invented an AI-driven suite of personalization tools to accelerate value realization for brands. A recognized industry leader, he’s earned a spot on Advertising Age’s marketing Technology 25 and is regularly cited in publications such as Ad Week, Ad Age, WARC, CMO.com, The Drum, and MediaPost.
