Jenna is a seasoned digital marketing and operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and transformation. She excels at leveraging technology, people, and processes to create meaningful impact.

Jenna joined PayPal in 2021, where she has led initiatives in customer lifecycle strategy and customer data management. Currently, she leads customer success, revenue, engineering, and analytics for PayPal Ads, supporting the development of a new advertising business that helps merchants sell more products and services effectively and enables consumers to discover more of what they love.

Before joining PayPal, Jenna was at MediaMath where she was Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she helped the company drive more than $750 million in gross revenue and to a $1.2 billion valuation. She was fully accountable for developing and implementing a new global operating model to facilitate effective data-driven decision-making;driving a new process for setting and measuring against OKRs at both the department and individual levels;leading and implementing a redesigned organizational structure across the executive team. Prior to MediaMath, she held roles at American Express and JP Morgan Chase.
