Head of Digital, Americas
Jenn Volk is Head of Digital for H&M Americas. She is responsible for driving profitable digital growth and innovation for H&M’s North and South America markets. She joined H&M in 2021 as the Head of Business Tech, the company’s product management function.
Jenn’s career has spanned the retail and technology industries. Prior to H&M she was Senior Director of Product at thredUP, the largest secondhand marketplace in the US. She spent time at Sephora’s Innovation Lab and 5 years at Google.
Jenn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
