Jamie Cygielman currently serves as General Manager/President of American Girl, a division of Mattel, best known for its inspiring world of dolls, content, and experiential retail.

For more than 30 years, Jamie has led innovation, demand creation and growth for multibillion-dollar global businesses across the Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment and Toy categories, for iconic brands such as Barbie, American Girl, Revlon, The Radio City Rockettes, Anne Klein, and Jones New York.

She has developed and led effective business turnarounds with expertise in consumer insights, omnichannel retail, digital and social media, as well as consumer engagement and loyalty.

Jamie holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from The University of Michigan. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Toy Foundation, a children’s charity whose mission is to provide joy and comfort to children in need through play.
