Holly Briedis is a digital growth leader with 15+ years of architecting and unlocking consumer-centric transformations. She is currently the EVP, Chief Customer Officer of Fossil Group, where she oversees global marketing, global digital & eCommerce, and the global revenue for Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Fossil Group, Holly was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she advised some of the world's leading digital and retail brands on how to accelerate profitable growth. Outside of her client service responsibilities, Holly served as McKinsey’s digital omnichannel service line leader for retail in North America. Prior to joining McKinsey, Holly was an early stage investor with impact investment funds such as Acumen and Abundant Venture Partners, where she specialized in digital investments in the US and Africa.
Holly is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in Finance, and a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she graduated with majors in Economics, Political Science and English.
She is a wife, mom to 2, early stage investor and advisor, world explorer, and enthusiast of education, wine, reading, golf and fitness.
