Over the last 15+ years, Hannah has led customer success and go-to-market teams focused entirely on serving retail clients with physical and digital presences alike. Prior to Loop, Hannah held commercial leadership roles at Klarna and Bread Financial, and currently acts as an advisor to fast-growing SaaS companies. Hannah believes that transparency, trust, and mutual value are the key ingredients to long-lasting merchant relationships, and she knows that without Loop’s merchants, there is no Loop.
