With over a decade of experience in retention strategies, Gina co-founded Lunar Solar Group, where she served as Managing Director of the retention division. At Lunar, she led initiatives that generated millions in monthly revenue for a wide range of CPG brands.

Frustrated by legacy subscription platforms that treated subscriptions as simple payment systems rather than high-performing growth channels, Gina founded Stay AI in 2021. Stay AI helps brands maximize their subscription programs through advanced features designed to boost cross-selling and reduce churn. Powered by AI, the platform uses predictive analytics and behavioral segmentation to optimize customer experiences across four core features.
