Craig Brommers has led global marketing for some of the most iconic brands in retail, including Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Calvin Klein. In 2020, he joined American Eagle as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all marketing and creative for Gen Z's #1 jeans brand. His team is focused on building the brand, building the customer base, and building the business. 

In particular, AE is positioned at the heart of youth culture. It has been a leader in digital innovation, including cutting edge partnerships with TikTok, Snap, Roblox, and Twitch. Plus, AE has partnered with the most relevant talent for its integrated campaigns, including Jenna Ortega, the cast of "Outer Banks," the cast of "The Summer I Turned Pretty," Addison Rae, and Coco Gauff.

American Eagle also strives for impact in the communities it serves. Its "Real Good" sustainability efforts are industry leading. Partnering with its customers, AE is also the largest corporate donor for Bring Change 2 Mind (Glenn Close's mental health non-profit), Headcount (voter registration), and the Surfrider Foundation (clean water and healthy beaches).
