Brian Toombs currently serves as the Head of Roku Brand Studio. Brian functions as the senior conduit between Roku’s content verticals and ad sales organization, with primary focus on building streaming entertainment partnerships with advertisers. He leads a team of creative development and current programming personnel who possess extensive expertise in creating and executing a wide range of streaming content programs with brand partners. RBS has twice been named “Brand Studio of the Year” by Digiday.Prior to Roku, Brian served as SVP, Digital at Funny Or Die where he oversaw the Partner and Programming teams, creating and distributing all of the original and branded content for FOD's audience of over 40M fans. During this time, Brian helped lead hundreds of digital content partnerships, eventually leading to Roku’s acquisition of FOD’s partner content business.

Brian was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “35 under 35” class of 2019. He currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for Indiana University’s Media School and as Chairman Emeritus for the NextGen Board of Directors of the Motion Picture Television Fund.

He has previously held positions at FremantleMedia, FOX Broadcasting, and as a television producer. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two kids, and two dogs.
