VP Original Content & Strategy
Ben leads Shoptalk’s programme of Original Content across our global Shoptalk and Groceryshop portfolio. Original Content are proprietary insights produced exclusively for the Shoptalk Community. A regular at Shoptalk events for many years, he joined the team in the Fall of 2022.
Ben worked in Marketing, Commercial and Investor Relations for UK grocer Safeway, before joining global retail consultancy IGD where he was the Board member responsible for product and insight functions.
When not traveling, Ben lives with his wife, two girls and cat in London, and is passionate about business strategy, digital transformation, innovation culture and insight story-telling. He is an advisor and ambassador for a mental health training business, and is no longer as fast on his bicycle as he used to be.
