Anu Gupta is the Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer of Signet Jewelers. She also serves on the Board of Directors at H&R Block where she chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee and is part of the Compensation Committee.

Anu served as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. Prior to that she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Jyve Corporation, and before that as Senior Vice President at Target Corporation. Earlier in her career, Anu was the Senior Operating Executive at Hellman & Friedman LLC, a leading private equity firm and served in multiple strategic roles at Michaels Companies Inc., Safeway Inc. and HCL Technologies Inc. Anu received her MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Delhi and attended the Directors College at Stanford University.
