André Zdanow is the President of FirstBuild and the Executive Director of the Small Appliances division of GE Appliances. Prior to GE Appliances, Zdanow served as the Vice President of eCommerce at Gemaire Distributors, a division of Watsco and one of the world’s largest independent distributors of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, parts and supplies. Before that, he served as the Director at Watsco Ventures, where he oversaw the evaluation of all hardware and Internet of Things investments and distribution opportunities. In addition, he’s been an angel investor in several startups, including Mophie, Kluster, StadiumRed Group, and the invention company Quirky, where he was also a Sales, Business Development, and DTC leader. Zdanow began his career as an entrepreneur, and today is a father of two, the co-executive sponsor of the Linc ERG, and serves on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana.
