Amanda Bailey serves as Vice President of Customer Marketing and Loyalty at Lowe’s, where she leads the company’s loyalty and personalization strategy focused on driving incremental sales, engagement, and retention of existing customers. In addition, Amanda leads the Marketing and Customer intelligence team and is also responsible for driving the marketing modernization roadmap in partnership with technology.

Prior to Lowe’s, Amanda served as Vice President, CRM and Loyalty at Tory Burch. Her 15-plus-year career also includes leadership roles at Hilton, where she was Vice President, Global Customer Strategy and Engagement, and previously Senior Director, Hilton Honors Loyalty Marketing where she was responsible for driving engagement from more than 130M members worldwide. Prior to Hilton, Amanda led marketing at a financial technology start-up and worked at MarketBridge, a sales and marketing consulting agency, developing and implementing marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. She was selected to Brand Innovators 40 Under 40’ Class of 2021 and to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2012. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland. Amanda is a founding member of Chief, a private network built to strengthen the leadership journey and influence of senior women leaders, and previously served on the Alumni Chapter Board of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
