Alicia is an award-winning leader known for revitalizing challenger brands and scaling digital transformation across global and private-equity held organizations. She is currently the Global Head of Marketing and Digital Transformation for Galderma, the leading pure play dermatology company. In this role, Alicia leads commercial marketing and digital transformation initiatives across Galderma’s $4bn portfolio of consumer, aesthetic, and prescription brands, including Cetaphil, Restylane, Dysport, Sculptra, and Nemluvio. She recently had the honor of serving on Galderma’s IPO preparation team and hosting the listing day event on the Swiss stock exchange, live from Zurich. Additionally, Alicia sits on the customer advisory boards for Salesforce and Eversana Intouch, providing her expertise in the intersections of beauty, healthcare, and technology.

Prior to joining Galderma, Alicia held various marketing leadership positions acrossmultiple brands at L’Oréal USA, including SkinCeuticals, Lancôme, Kérastase, and Shu Uemura Art of Hair. Alicia also worked at leading consumer technology firms Amazon and Microsoft, leading product marketing and advertising programs for Kindle and Microsoft Advertising respectively.

Alicia attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. and is originally from Oakland, CA. She is the recipient of many awards and recognitions, including Brand Innovators’ “40 Under 40 in Marketing,” Shopper Marketing’s “Who’s Who in E-Commerce,” and her work featured in Gartner, AdAge, and TikT ok. Alicia is active in community engagement as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a volunteer running coach for school-aged girls with Girls on the Run. A lifelong athlete, she is a marathoner, triathlete, and snowboarder. Alicia and her newlywed husband also enjoy spending time with their Bernedoodle puppy.
