Kristen D’Arcy, True Religion’s first-ever Chief Marketing Officer, is renowned throughout the industry for her innovation and disruptive thinking. Her work has been recognized through numerous industry accolades, including AdAge’s Best Marketers Under 50, AdAge’s Top Digital Marketers, and as one of Brand Innovator’s Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing.  

At True Religion, Kristen is responsible for driving business growth and consumer engagement. She has created global 360-degree campaigns that live at the intersection of sports, music, and culture with some of the world’s biggest influencers and celebrities. She has developed innovative partnerships with the NFL and NBA and has created brand activations for the Superbowl, NBA All-Star game, Coachella, and others. Under her leadership, True Religion has been recognized as one of the most exciting brands today by Business of Fashion, WWD, Glossy, and Vogue Business. 

Kristen began her career on the agency side, working on major accounts for Tribal DDB Worldwide and R/GA before transitioning to the brand side with senior roles at Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Coty Inc., and AEO. She has served as CMO at both Pacific Sunwear and Homedics, prior to joining True Religion.
