Shoptalk 2024 Speaker Resources

AUDIO VISUAL 

• The Shoptalk Track Room Video system will be run at 1080p, with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.
• Aspect ratio is 16:9 (widescreen). 
• We recommend speakers use headset microphones while on stage.
• Speakers will get a wireless remote control to run their presentations on stage.
• A countdown timer and confidence monitor will be placed on the floor in front of the stage for presenters to see their content as it is being projected to the audience. Presenter notes will NOT be displayed on these monitors.
• We stay strictly on schedule. If a speaker goes over the allocated presentation time, the producer in the room will ring a bell. The speaker will then have a very brief time to end their thought before the microphone is cut off. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions.
• There will not be a podium or lectern for speakers on stage.
