Melissa Burdick is the co-founder and president of Pacvue, the leading commerce acceleration platform that integrates retail media, commerce management and measurement. Her extensive knowledge of the industry and experience working with renowned retailers has propelled Pacvue into the leading commerce company trusted by brands including, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, P&G, to name a few.

Burdick co-founded and bootstrapped Pacvue in 2018. Under her leadership, the company grew into a 200-person team with revenue tripling each year since launch, culminating in Pacvue’s nine-figure acquisition in 2021. Burdick leveraged her deep experience in the industry to hire top talent, consistently launch first-to-market solutions with retailers and build a company culture of constant innovation.

Prior to Pacvue, Burdick worked at Amazon for nearly a decade. During her tenure with the eCommerce giant, Burdick helped launch the Amazon CPG/Health & Beauty retail business, building the business from the ground up. She was also an early leader of the Amazon Media Group, launching the first vendor display video ad and developing and growing the Amazon advertising business.
