As senior vice president, enterprise brand and marketing, Jennifer Wilson leads the marketing organization, with responsibility for all strategic brand and product marketing, loyalty programs, creative, media and retail media networks to help deliver the company’s
traffic, sales and customer growth objectives. She joined Lowe’s in 2006.

Jen has more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing and merchandising. She most recently served as senior vice president, brand and customer marketing. In a prior role, as vice president, integrated marketing, she led media planning, creative, content and channel marketing teams to deliver an integrated marketing strategy. Jen has held several leadership roles with Lowe’s, including merchandising vice president, paint and vice president, marketing strategy and media, and has been recognized both as an officer of excellence as well as a merchant of the year. Before joining Lowe’s, Jen held various leadership roles at nationally recognized advertising and marketing agencies across the North and Southeast, serving a broad portfolio of retail and restaurant clients.

Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations from Kent State University. She serves as a board member for the Ad Council and is an executive chair of Lowe’s women’s business resource group, Women Empowered.
