Fran is the Founder and CEO of Hark, an innovative communication channel that utilizes asynchronous video in a unique way. He aims to provide a new post purchase experience that delivers a more human approach for customers and creates efficiency for service teams. Prior to starting Hark, Fran worked in a variety of roles to help scale multiple startups. He is a proud graduate of Susquehanna University where he was Captain of the basketball team and President of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). Most importantly, Fran is lucky to be the Husband to an amazing wife and Father of two beautiful children.
