Claudia Cividino is the President of Jared, a $1.3 billion accessible luxury jewelry brand part of the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, Signet Jewelers. She has overall P&L responsibility for Jared, including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, planning and allocation.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury retail, Claudia has grown some of the world’s most recognizable retail brands. Prior to leading Jared, she was most recently CEO of the North America region for Loro Piana, the high-end luxury Italian-made clothing and accessories company. While at Loro Piana, Claudia led the North America team in achieving 40% omnichannel revenue growth over three years.

Claudia has also led luxury brands such as Bally, where she was CEO of the Americas, and held senior level roles with Prada Group, Coach, Adam Lippes and Saint Laurent.
