General Information
Badge Pickup will be available in the Islanders Ballroom on the Lower Level of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center at the following times:
Monday, March 24, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm PT*
Tuesday, March 25, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm PT*
Wednesday, March 26, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PT*
Thursday, March 27, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm PT*
We recommend arriving in Las Vegas by mid-morning on Monday, March 25th, 2025 and leaving no earlier than Thursday afternoon, March 27th, 2025

Breakfast will be provided on Wednesday & Thursday
Lunch will provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Coffee, tea, water, cookies, etc will be available throughout the venue.
Shoptalk does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have not authorized any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organization claiming to sell the Shoptalk attendee list and do not share your credit card information.
Shoptalk offers a dedicated Prayer Room in Palm F and a Mother's Room in Palm E, Level 3.

Registration
As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation, tickets to Shoptalk 2025 are nonrefundable. If you can no longer attend Shoptalk 2025, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague by logging in to MyExperience here using your email address as the username and ticket confirmation number as the password and click “Transfer Ticket.”
Hosted Retailers & Brands:
If you are approved for the Program but become unable to participate even though you are still with your organization, you agree to suggest one or more substitutes from your organization as your replacement in the Program. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our prior approval via email. If you cancel your participation in the Program and are not able to provide a substitute approved by us, this may result in you being placed on a blacklist that will prevent you from qualifying for the Program for one or more future years. If you cancel your participation in the Program after Shoptalk has initiated the meeting selection process via the Platform (as outlined in the Program guidelines) and are no longer able to attend the Event or send an approved substitute from your organization as your replacement to participate in the Program on your behalf, then Shoptalk reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card per the authorization you agree to below a one-time cancellation fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) and you will not be eligible for any travel/hotel reimbursement outlined hereunder.
Meetup
Meetup meetings will take place onsite during Shoptalk 2025 in a dedicated area (the size of more than three football fields!) located in the Exhibit Hall.
All meetings will be scheduled based on everyone’s individual availability during the following times (note that all meetings are pre-scheduled):
- Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:00pm- 2:15pm PST
- Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 10:35am- 5:20pm PST
- Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 11:05am- 12:20pm PST
There are a few steps to complete before your meetings start onsite:
- Step 1: Profile Completion. Complete your profile, letting all participants know about you, your organization and your goals.
- Step 2: Meeting Selection & Opt-In. Review thousands of profiles and select who you want to meet with–use filters, system generated lists and searches to make it easy. Thousands of other attendees will be doing the same. Then opt-in to the meeting requests you receive.
- Step 3: Meeting Acceptance & Scheduling. After you review and accept your meetings, we’ll send you calendar invites.
Then, simply join your meetings onsite. And remember, all meetings are double opt-in, guaranteeing you'll only meet people you want to meet who also want to meet you.
Your password is your confirmation number. You can find this information in your ticket confirmation email.
