Remington Tonar is Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Cart.com, a unified commerce technology and logistics provider that topped 6,000 customers, 1,500 employees and a unicorn valuation in under 3 years. He has also served as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at various stages of its growth. Prior to launching Cart.com, Remington worked in the startup acceleration and venture capital space and spent several years as a corporate innovation consultant to large enterprises. He is an Adjunct Professor at Rice University, a Senior Contributor for Forbes covering infrastructure innovation and smart cities, a Strategic Innovation Advisor to Fortune 500 engineering firm Fluor and an advisor and board member for numerous startup and nonprofit ventures. He is an alumnus of University of Aberdeen, New York University, Loyola University Chicago and Marquette University.
