Parth Raval

Parth Raval is Chief Growth Officer for PepsiCo Foods North America, comprising of Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods North America, and PepsiCo Foods Canada. In this role, Parth leads a cross-functional organization including Strategy, Marketplace Insights, Commercialization, Revenue Management, Transformation, and Governance/ Integration. Parth and his team are responsible for setting and accelerating our growth agenda across functions and businesses.
Parth started his career at Bain & Company in the San Francisco and London offices working across the technology, health care and industrials sectors. He began his PepsiCo journey in Corporate Strategy/Global M&A in 2004, driving key strategic projects in Thailand, India and China in Strategy, and leading M&A due diligence and deal execution for two Juice acquisitions in Russia and the Ukraine.
Parth then worked in the India Beverages Business, as Unit General Manager of the Karnataka/Kerala Sales, based in Bangalore. From India, he moved to the AMEA Sector Sales Team in Dubai, U.A.E., as Retail Director for the Modern Trade business across the Sector’s four regions.
Upon re-patriating back to the U.S., Parth worked in the Frito-Lay Field Sales in Texas & Oklahoma, leading the Region’s $1.0B Large Format Snacks Business and then the DSD Frontline Field Sales team across 7 Zones, 91 Districts and 1,200+ frontline reps. Parth then moved to Bentonville, Arkansas to serve as VP/GM of Frito-Lay’s $3.4B DSD and Warehouse Snacks business at Walmart, with responsibility across all strategic and operational aspects of the business.
Parth then led Corporate and Global Foods & Beverages Groups Strategy in Purchase, along with the Enterprise Transformation Office. In this capacity, Parth worked with the Strategy & Transformation leads across all global regions of the Enterprise, driving key long-term strategic initiatives and helping lead the Digitalization Transformation agenda for PepsiCo.
