2025 Speakers

Liz Garry currently serves as the VP of Ecommerce for Pandora North America, where she was appointed in 2023. In her current role she is responsible for the overall strategic vision for the digital channels in the region including omni channel operations, marketplace expansion, consumer insights and analytics, site merchandising, the A/B testing program, whilst holding full P&L responsibility.

Prior to Pandora, she has spent a career in digital commerce in a variety of industries spanning from home furnishings and decor, RVs and outdoor sporting goods, and health and wellness. Her past mandates have included full P&L ownership, digital transformations, scaling marketplace, marketing, merchandising, analytics, omni operations, and full team re-structuring. Liz has a passion for solving customer friction points, leveraging data and technology to create meaningful and lasting experiences, and building high performance teams. Previously, Liz has held leadership positions at Wayfair, Walmart, and Camping World and is a graduate from Middlebury College.
