Jenny is passionate about helping companies develop innovative customer experiences and implementing enabling technology to drive business transformation.  She has extensive experience with program management, including mergers and acquisitions, and helping companies improve operational efficiency. Jenny is an enthusiastic thought leader and speaker on a variety of topics in retail and technology and was recently recognized as a 2023 recipient of the NEXT TECH Awards for her leadership in propelling the tech industry forward. Jenny holds an MBA from Duke University and resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and her rescue dog Rose Belle.
