Janet Hayes is the CEO of Crate and Barrel Holdings, a global home furnishings retailer including the brands Crate and Barrel, Crate and Kids, CB2, and Hudson Grace.

Overseeing all aspects of the company, Janet is leading an accelerated growth strategy—grounded in innovation, responsible commerce, and culture for a modern approach to business, product, marketplace and community. 

Janet brings over 25 years of omnichannel retail leadership experience, driving business vision to maximize growth and profitability. Prior to joining Crate and Barrel Holdings, Janet served Williams Sonoma Inc. for 12 years, most recently as President over Williams Sonoma, Mark and Graham and Pottery Barn Kids and Teen, previous to that she was Senior Vice President of Pottery Barn.  She also held positions at iconic companies such as Nike, GAP and Macy's. Her international experience extends to the Middle East, Korea, Australia and more recently Mexico and South America.
