Eric Tarnowski is SVP, Connected Commerce for Kenvue North America where he leads integrated media, consumer experience, shopper marketing and eCommerce for Kenvue’s iconic portfolio of brands including Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Listerine, and Band-Aid.  His teams deliver a seamless experience for consumers at all touch points along their journey, driving growth in store and online.  Eric is an experienced digital, commercial and technology executive with over 20 years of experience across CPG, MedTech, Pharma and Electronics in a broad range of business domains, processes, technologies, and capabilities across Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, R&D and Business Development.  An organizational change agent, he shapes teams around proven ways of working and inspires team members to drive organizational effectiveness.

Eric has led a digital transformation of Kenvue’s US business, overseeing a +136% increase in digital resourcing, moving media mix to >80% digital while improving total media ROI by 23% and establishing Kenvue as the fastest growing HBC manufacturer in eCommerce.  He designed and deployed a transformational operating and organizational model that positions Kenvue for differentiated success in the highly dynamic CPG marketplace, tearing down silos to connect activation across all touchpoints on the consumer journey via media, on owned sites and at retailers in store and online. 

Outside of Kenvue, he is on the board of Boostpoint, a leading AI-powered social media and SMS marketing platform for Talent Acquisition teams and is engaged with several digital marketing and eCommerce startups.
