Equipped with 15+ years of experience in start-ups, Britt brings an entrepreneurial spirit to building brands and growing high-performance teams. From owning a business to bringing the Swiss sportswear brand On to market, Britt has immersed herself in every part of what it takes to transform early ideas into globally leading organizations.

Britt joined On in 2014 as just the third employee in the North America HQ, and since then, she’s inspired a rapidly growing team in shaping the company into what it is today: one of the fastest growing sportswear brands in America. A personification of On’s mission to ignite the human spirit through movement, Britt’s continual pursuit to evolve as a conscious leader is mirrored in her passion for testing her limits in the great outdoors. With her love of backcountry skiing, mountain biking and trail running, Britt leads by example, emboldening those around her to explore their utmost potential, be it physical or metaphorical mountains.

Britt is based in Portland, Ore., home to On’s Americas hub. She lives with her partner and daughter.
