Anish Buch is the Vice President of Supply Chain-Luxe at L’Oréal USA. In this role, he is a member of the Luxe US Leadership Team, where he represents Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Planning, S&OP, Assembly, Omni channel fulfillment, Customer Care) for the Luxury Division of L'Oréal USA, across all channels, for 15 international and local brands.  Prior to this role, he spent 5 years leading various teams within their Consumer Products Division Supply Chain. ​

Before joining L’Oréal in 2015, Anish spent 11 years at Unilever in roles of increasing responsibility within Processing, Packaging Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Planning, Strategic Transformation and Acquisition Integration. An engineer by training, he has lived or worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America.​

He enjoys conversations, travel, history, talent development and leading change- deconstructing and reconstructing supply chains to make them fitter for purpose (and the planet!)
