REDIAL was founded by entrepreneurs Chris and Jason Heil, who recognized the need for personalized and tailored outsourcing solutions for companies of all sizes. Their vision was to create a business that could offer high-quality, customized BPO services that align with the unique needs of each client.
Our journey began in Tijuana, Mexico, with just one location. Due to our early success, we expanded further in Tijuana, then added Mexicali to our network. As our growth continued, we extended our reach internationally by opening a location in South Africa. This expansion allowed us to provide our clients with additional geographical redundancies, ensuring seamless service delivery across time zones.
Today, REDIAL boasts over 800+ seats across our locations in Mexico and South Africa, offering 100% cultural alignment with our clients. Our goal is to be the leading 24/7 near-shore and offshore call center provider, delivering top-tier services that help businesses reduce operational costs.
