Tolga Öncü is the head of retail for Ingka Group, the largest IKEA retailer, with overall responsibility for expansion, market penetration, fulfillment and the commercial agenda. This includes more than 370 IKEA stores and over 100 IKEA planning studios in 31 countries around the world with retail sales of EUR 39.5 billion (FY2022).

Tolga’s retail background is extensive, starting his IKEA career in 2002 as logistics manager at the IKEA Jönköping store in southern Sweden. Throughout his tenure, Tolga has held various roles in logistics, sales, store and country management across IKEA in Sweden, Turkey and Spain.
