Suzy Davidkhanian, Vice President, Content at Insider Intelligence, leads the retail and ecommerce vertical and the analyst access program. In addition to growing the breadth and depth of the retail coverage over the last two years, she helped launch the new analyst access program in 2023. 

Suzy has nearly 20 years of experience in retail from store level to buying and planning, and marketing, where most recently she led the consumer insights and market trends team at Macy’s. 

Prior to working in retail, she was an in-house public relations executive for 5 years for a British financial services firm. Suzy earned her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and her B.A. at McGill University.
