Scott serves as the Vice President of Omni-Fulfillment and Athlete Engagement (customer service) at DICK’S Sporting Goods. In this role, Scott is responsible for the continuous innovation of the eCommerce omni-channel fulfillment and service functions. In this role, Scott works to bring together the collective organizational capabilities across store operations, eCommerce, Supply Chain and Technology to deliver Legendary fulfillment experiences to the DICK’S Sporting Goods Athlete and to continue to position Dick’s as a leader in the area of eCommerce experiences. Scott’s responsibilities include ship to home, in store pickup as well as the drop ship program for DICK’S Sporting Goods. Scott is also a key member of the eCommerce leadership team. Prior to joining DICK’S in 2014, Scott has held a number of operations and supply chain roles in high growth startups, consulting and Fortune 500 companies.
