Randi Nolan is an influential retail executive with over 30 years of experience working with forward-looking retail organizations, advancing innovation, and driving business results on a global scale. Randi’s deep experience in building world-class capabilities throughout the consumer value chain spans product development, sourcing, logistics, wholesale/retail merchandise planning, and other key supply chain functions. Randi is focused on ensuring the most critical elements of sustainability are key inputs to retailers’ supply chain capabilities roadmaps.

Randi’s expertise and impactful accomplishments have garnered industry-wide attention and include global brands across apparel, footwear, and accessories. Her retail company roster includes Global Brands Group, Li & Fung, Juicy Couture, Liz Claiborne, Talbots, and The Frye Company. 

Randi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics of Operations Research from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She lives in Yorktown Heights, New York.
