Partnering with the Enterprise Marketing and Data, Global Online, Global Brands, and regional team to create the Global Media Corporate Strategy and roadmap, focusing on excellence in media execution and ensuring central governance across the enterprise. Drive an innovative Connected Consumer Experience strategy to operationalize key Consumer Experience pillars, including Loyalty and Rewards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including the Transformation Office, Online and IT, to leverage the aggregated insights across digital retail and “phygital” ladscaspes.

Oversee Global Influencer and Creator CoE to support Brands, Regions and Affiliates, and optimize Brand and Channel performance, accelerating innovation and minimizing risk, leading Business Partnerships (JBPs) with key media partners, including TikTok, Google, Meta, and Snap Inc.
