Nadine Graham is the Vice President of Digital Client Experience at Sephora. In her role, Nadine oversees Sephora’s dotcom and mobile app marketing content, functionality, personalization, digital production, omni delivery experience, and the Beauty Insider Community.

In her seven years at Sephora, Nadine has played an integral role in developing Sephora’s ecommerce business to create the best-in-class, personalized experience for clients. Most recently, Nadine has been instrumental in the launch of Live Beauty Help, Sephora’s virtual consultation service allowing clients to connect with Beauty Advisors in real time. She has also worked to build Sephora’s last mile strategies and integrate them into Sephora’s site experience, including the launch of Buy Online Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) and Same-Day Delivery, along with the launch of Sephora on Kohls.com. A passionate and skillful leader, Nadine and her team continues to advance Sephora’s digital capabilities to cater to Sephora’s beauty community.  

Prior to joining Sephora, Nadine held a variety of merchandising and ecommerce positions at Williams-Sonoma, Bloomingdales, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Nadine has a BS in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
